MUNTER-MCAFEE GETS ROLLING THURSDAY NIGHT IN IOWA
BOONE, Iowa – The Northeast Community College volleyball team headed to Boone, Iowa Thursday night for a conference showdown with No. 16 Des Moines Area Community College. The Hawks fell in duel by a final score of 3-0.

Northeast (3-10, 2-2 ICCAC) was led throughout the night by sophomore Daveigh Munter-McAfee (Wakefield, Neb.) as she tallied six kills, nine digs and 20 assists during the region matchup. Grace Robidoux (Blair, Neb.) also had an impressive contest as the freshman had 25 assists and two ace serves. The Hawks will have the weekend off before hosting another conference match at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday against Southeastern Community College at the Cox Activities Center in Norfolk.

The Hawks will welcome Southeastern Community College to town and will take on the Blackhawks at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Cox Activities Center in Norfolk.
