HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Volleyball Coach Amanda Schultze on who shined in Wednesday's victory:
"Katie Borg stood out tonight," Schultze said. "She had 18 digs, which is impressive in a game like we had tonight. Our serve-receive was a lot better than it was on Saturday, and I think coming out on top tonight was really good for our team's confidence."
Schultze on what she wants to see from her group over the weekend:
"I'm looking for more energy from our team," Schultze said. "We are really loud off of the court, and I want to see that on the court consistently. A quicker tempo, and more like how we played during the first weekend."
UP NEXT:
The Hawks will head to Kirkwood Community College for a four-game tournament beginning at 12 p.m. Friday in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
