HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Men's Soccer Coach Adam Potter on the victory in double overtime against No. 9 Madison:
"Overall, it was just a gritty performance by the guys," Potter said. "Next man up mentality. Guys stuck to the gameplan, and we found a way. We knew that we had to be creative in the ways that we scored, and Nicolo put in a massive goal on a set piece. What a statement and what a massive win for the guys!"
Potter on a rematch with CCBC Essex upcoming:
"Now we get to look forward to a rematch from opening weekend," Potter said. "When we played in Indiana, we were both ranked in the top five in the country and now here we are both in the top five in the country. It's going to be another hard-fought game and we have to recover our bodies quickly. There's a spot in the semifinals on the line and we have to come into work and want it so badly again."
