HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Men's Soccer Coach Adam Potter on what clicked against Northwest Iowa:
"Getting another mercy-rule victory and scoring eight goals without having a goal against was great," Potter said. "Felix Bomber coming in off our bench and scoring two goals was fantastic. We have added so many more weapons and many different guys can come in and create. Guys have been stepping up and it has been great to see."
Potter on what he is excited about Saturday against NIACC on Sophomore Day:
"Another opportunity for us to get closer to our goals," Potter said. "Recognizing our sophomores on Sophomore Day is a big deal, especially the guys that were here last year and won a national title. Being able to send them out the right way in their last game at home is important and hopefully we can keep this momentum rolling."
UP NEXT:
The Hawks will battle North Iowa Area Community College at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in their final match of the regular season at Norfolk Veterans Memorial Field in Norfolk as part of Sophomore Day.
