BEATRICE, Neb. – The Northeast Community College men's basketball team suffered their first road loss of the season on Saturday, falling to Southeast Community College, 99-61 in Beatrice, Neb.
Jared Lopez (Lincoln, Neb.) led the Hawks (1-3) with 14 points and eight rebounds. Evan Decker (Omaha, Neb.) had 11 points and 18 boards, while Saheed Sanusi (Nassau, Bahamas) and Emaniel Alexandre (Nassau, Bahamas) each tallied 10 points.
The Hawks look to get back in the win column when they host Concordia University JV on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at the Cox Activities Center in Norfolk.
